This porcelain coffee cup was made by Worcester circa 1780 , and bears blue crescent mark on the base .
It is from the Sir Bruno Welby collection and bears a label on the inside .
It has a reeded body and is hand painted with the Fancy Birds pattern , it has nicely hand painted birds with a turquoise husk garlands below a blue rim and enriched with gilding .
It stands at 2 1/2" high .
It is in good condition with no chips or cracks and no glaze crazing . The gilding is good .
There are some speckles of kiln dust , on the inside and base from when it was made .
