This is an authentic vintage large Louis Vuitton leather lined tote in the monogram canvas that I purchased from Japanese seller through Vestiaire Collective.

Vestiaire Collective inspected and authenticated this tote before it was shipped to me.

The bag still retains its authentication tag. I have not removed it.

It is beautiful and I love it, but it is too big for me.

I did not pay attention to the dimensions when I purchased it.

The description of the tote the original listings read that it was purchased in a Vuitton store in Japan before LV began using date codes.

It is fully lined in leather and has five brass feet, which are all intact

It measures approx15.35 inches High x 16.54 inches wide x7.48 inches deep

The handle drop is approx6 inches

I believe that the model number for this tote isM42420

Similarly ones are currently listed in the RealReal and Vestiaire Collective.

This tote is in great vintage condition for its age. It has no obvious defects other than the original zipper that closed the interior pocket has been removed because it was non functioning. The pocket is still intact and functional without the zipper. See photos.

There are normal signs of use throughout the bag, such as darkening and discoloration of the interior and exterior leather from contact and handling. But, I cannot find any major defects, such as holes or rips. Please see photos and do not hesitate to contact me for more photos.

I am not inclined to take offers on this piece because I would like to recoup my cost, and also I am starting the auction at a reasonably low price considering the comps. If it doesnt sell, that will be my excuse to keep it.
