ELECTRICAL ITEMS
Unless you are competent inJetski electronics and have properly identified the fault, I would suggest youseek advice from an expert first and not just guess what may be wrong! You maycause major damage to an electrical component (MPEM's and ECU's etc) if youhave failed to correctly diagnose what caused yours to break!
I will not issue a refund forreturned MPEM's officiel that have been sold as “tested and fully working” unless it hasbeen fitted by a certified Jetski engineer or approved repair centre. (Proofmust be supplied)
Please be aware that someelectrical parts cannot be fully tested before being posted (usually specifiedin description). For this reason, please test the item on your jetski before itis fully fitted. No responsibility or labour cost is accepted for items fittedthat are subsequently found to be faulty or broken.
During the removal of certainparts, some electrical items may be supplied with the terminal pins removedfrom the plugs. You will need to check that they are placed into the correctterminal holes on the plug before re-fitting. Special terminal pin/plug removaltools must be used to remove the wires from the plug for fitment. You must usethis tool, as anything else is likely to cause damage to the pins and cuttingand re soldering is an absolute NO NO!!. Some wires may have been replaced backinto the plug to prevent damage during transit so please check that they are inthe correct hole before fitting
Returns policy
As per the Consumer Protection(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, I offera 14 day return and refundservice, subject to the additional terms and conditions.
1) Pleasecontact me first before starting a return as i should be able to sort yourproblem out quicker than the standard Ebay returns process.
2) Theitem I send you must be returned to me in the exact same state it was sent outand have all the original attachments and/or internal parts. (No swapping overof your faulty item or internals etc and trying to return item as faulty)
3) Theitem must not have been dismantled or tampered with in any way, except for someitems that must be disassembled in order to fit.
4) Forfaulty items, you must notify me via Ebay messages that an item is faultywithin 7 days of receiving the item.
5) A fullrefund including any outbound postage will be given for faulty items or itemsnot as described once I have received it back and checked it.
6) Unlessthe item is faulty,Youare responsible for the returnpost cost and proof of posting must be obtained. Items over £50 must be sentrecorded delivery or suitably insured, again atyourcost
In addition to my termsyoumustcheck that the itemis compatible for your model as itemspurchased in error will result in your account being blocked against any futurepurchases.
