This roadrunner with barrel cactus-shaped pin and pendant combination features incredible and skilled etched inlay of black Mother-of-Pearl, turquoise, coral, and jet. The back is marked "Roadrunner," "Sterling," and "H.M. Coonsis, Zuni, NM U.S.A." for the Zuni silversmith Harlan Coonsis. The piece measures 2 1/4 inches long by 9/16 inch wide.
