Jackson, a Navy officer, was tasked with supervising the planningand implementation of reciprocal state dinners, the operation of the WhiteHouse Mess and food service at Camp David and aboard Air Force One, andtravelled everywhere with Presidents Lyndon Johnson through George H. Bush.
