Authenticity: These items were all acquiredfrom the production through their asset distribution network, and are authenticpieces used in making the show. All items are supplied with a numbered, signed,and stamped Propabilia COA. The COA states that the item was used in the titledproduction.
DIRECT SALES - Shipping and Customer Service
Shipping: We ship daily.
Thetotal cost for shipping includes $10 fee per item. eBay calls this feehandling. This is our standard selling fee on all of the platforms that wesell on. We consider this $10 fee very fair as it does not 100% cover all of theexpenses associated with getting these items to you, which include: (i)obtaining (ii) transferring, (iii) storing, (iv) analyzing screen captures, (v)COAing, (vi) selling, (vii) boxing, labeling, and packing your treasure(please remember that some boxes cost us double this amount alone), (viii)marking your package Do Not Forward, (ix) marking your shipment signaturerequired (a $3 fee alone), and (x) insurance coverage against loss or damage.
Eachand every order will be shipped in its own shipment.
Wedo not combine the handling fee of orders for paid orders. We will combineshipping for items left in the shopping cart and an invoice request sent fororders purchased on the same day, but you must wait for us to invoice you forthat days purchases. This service is not available for irregularly shapedpieces that are not safe to ship together.
Wedo not ship to addresses with forwarded mail. Every box we ship is marked DONOT forward - return to sender.
Wecharge actual USPS shipping together with our handling fee. Please do notmessage us with debates about shipping costs, our policies are written outabove and are comprehensively explained such that we do not wish to discussthis policy at all.
Shipping Delays: We have no control over theUnited States Postal System (USPS). Likewise we have zero control over customsdelays. Once an item leaves and is inthe USPS system it may or may not get scanned until delivery. We require a fullmonth in the system before we consider the item lost. If lost the buyer iscovered by eBay's money back guarantee. In the event of lost and unrecoverablemerchandise we reserve the right to not sell to you as we do not wish to go outof business.
Customer Service and Questions: We willreply to eBay questions through the eBay messenger system. Our contact detailsare also through an online search.
Pleasetalk to us before opening a case for item not received or wrong item. We do notappreciate customers opening cases without talking to us first so that we canremedy the problem immediately.
Feedback: We leave automatic positive feedbackto all of our customers. We do not appreciate negative feedback of any kind.Talk to us first, if you do not talk to us before issuing a negative feedbackin order to try and fix the issue, we will not want your business and will banyou from buying from us.
Bid Cancellations: Please do not ask us to cancelbids, this is the bidder's responsibility and very time consuming for us whenwe would rather be serving our customers.
Returns: Are allowed for broken or damaged items, or not as described.Simply saying no longer wanted or bought by mistake is not allowed. We arenot Amazon, please dont treat us like that company. Silly reasons for returnswill earn you a block as a buyer.
