CONDITION: Blue Blossom is one of the most popular decaled patterns produced by the The Hall China Company. Our beautiful Blue Blossom Donut Jug is so scarce that very few show up on the second hand market. This lovely item has the gold" Superior Quality Kitchenware" backstamp and was produced in the 1930s. This jug is in Undamaged Condition without chips, cracks, or mold damage. The decals are great. They are some of the nicest that you will see. The jug is nice and clean both inside and out. The blue glaze is outstanding. Blue Blossom (Late 1930s - 1940s) Blue Blossom is a floral decal kitchenware pattern on a deep blue china body that was introduced in 1939. The decal consists of an elongated green leaf tipped with a colorful red, yellow and white iris-like flower. Some pieces have an additional red band around the bottom or lid area. Blue Blossom is one of the most popular decal patterns that the Hall China Company produced. This is partly due to the fact that over 50 pieces of this striking pattern are known to exist. That is quite a large selection, especially when you consider that this pattern is kitchenware and that there are no dinnerware pieces available.
