ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT – Damage claim instructions enclosed with order must be followed - DO NOT RETURN - If item is returned and damage claim instructions are not followed – a refund will not be given.

Domestic: Refunds will be given minus 15% restocking fee
International: Refunds will be given minus 15% restocking fee and shipping cost, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CHARGES FROM MYSELF DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS OR ANY OTHER CHARGES FROM YOUR COUNTRY. All items are sent tracked and insured. I take great care in packaging your purchase to protect your investment. I use bubble wrap, newspaper, peanuts and large enough boxes to ensure ample space between items to prevent them from crashing into each other with extra space around the edges for protection. However, accidents can happen while in route. If this happens, please contact me.
