  In the event of a chargeback filed by the buyer, the buyer agrees to pay all unrecovered Paypal and eBay fees, and promptly return the merchandise in original condition. If the merchandise is not returned or is damaged by the buyer, the buyer will be subject to legal action, and agrees to the personal jurisdiction of the sellers location in San Bernardino County, California.

  Delivery information is included in your purchase and will be mailed on your Paypal receipt.
  Signature delivery is required to all orders $250.00 and up.
  Insurance is included for $250.00 and up purchases.
  

International Sale:

• All international orders will be shipped via either USPS Global Priority or Express Mail.
  
• We will declare the correct purchase price and all import and customs charges will be paid by you.
• Please check with your Customs to find out any costs associated with your international purchase.
• You will have to pay and arrange for re-shipment if customs returns the item due to unpaid import taxes.
