NOTES ON EDITIONS: I use a number of resources to attempt to determine the edition of the book that I am listing. My most frequently referenced resource is Zempel and Verklers "First Editions: A Guide to Identification," although I sometimes use other internet sources and make comparisons with listings I find on various internet sites. Errors, if any, remain my own.
